I'm a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, and Breathwork Coach in-training, with over 20 years' experience of supporting people through all stages of life, empowering them to improve their health and wellbeing, and achieve their goals. I can assist you to build healthy habits, make meaningful changes, and flourish both personally and professionally. Based in the glorious Three Counties area of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, & Gloucestershire; with services delivered remotely, by telephone, and in person, I'm able to help adults across the UK. My experience and areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
* managing stress,
* improving work-life balance,
* families affected by CPA, adverse childhood experiences, and adoption,
* social isolation and 'getting back out there',
* mental health, menopause, neurodiversity, long-term health conditions and disabilities, trauma (human and equine).

Breathwork coaching can help you to become more aware of your natural breathing patterns, and teach you personalised techniques that will help you to breathe more efficiently, regulate the nervous system, boost energy levels, improve health, sleep better, and manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
Breathwork Coaching will be available on an individual or group basis.
